At Aapsarha, we take great care in crafting and delivering your orders. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges except when the product is received damaged.
1. Returns & Refunds
We only accept returns or refunds if the product arrives damaged.
- You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- You are required to provide clear video proof showing:
- The sealed package before opening (unboxing video)
- The damaged product and its packaging
This helps us assess and verify the issue promptly.
2. Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to purchase a different item, please place a new order.
3. How to Submit a Damage Claim
To submit a damage claim, please:
- Email us at aapsarha@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
- Attach the unboxing video showing the sealed package and the damage video.
- Include your order number and a brief description of the damage.
Claims without the required videos or submitted after 48 hours will not be eligible.
4. Refund Process
If your damage claim is approved:
- We will issue a refund or arrange a replacement, depending on availability and your preference.
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days back to the original payment method.
5. No Other Returns or Refunds
Please note:
- We do not accept returns or offer refunds for reasons other than damaged items.
- This includes change of mind, incorrect size, or product dissatisfaction.
