• Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific Service/Product giving rise to the claim or ₹100 (Rupees One Hundred), whichever is less.

7. Force Majeure

The Platform Owner shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing obligations due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, strikes, acts of government, or internet outages.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Pune, Maharashtra].
